It could have been that she wanted to keep her family life from the media at the time, but since has had a change of heart. I'm pretty sure that she never dreamt that she would be on the ticket as VP of these United States.
COULD BE TRUE, BUT IT'S NOT like she was not in the public eye. She was Governor, which meant that she was heavily scrutinized.
